Vale View Heights is a care home in Sidmouth, East Devon which delivers dedicated, person-centered care to its residents. 

The care home owners approached Welbeck Marketing to increase awareness of Vale View Heights, boost enquiries for the home and improve its lead conversion.

Welbeck Marketing recommended using Google ads, Facebook ads and other digital channels to drive awareness online. To ensure all leads coming into the home were being tracked and converted, Welbeck onboarded the telephone answering service, Moneypenny. 

In the initial six-month period following Welbeck’s recommendations Vale View Heights saw a 400% increase in new enquiry phone calls.  The conversion of enquiries to admissions increased and there was an improved return on investment of advertising spend - the Google ad campaign alone showed a decrease in the cost per conversion of -35%.
